How to attach form 7203 to e-file return?

I have followed the instructions on attaching a form 7203 to the individual return for e-filing.  I have attached it and it shows as being attached but I still get a critical diagnostic saying it must be attached.  What am I missing?

Make sure you are choosing 7203 in the form types when attaching the PDF.  Otherwise, the error won't clear.
