How to amend 1120 C for 2024
Hi,
My client filed 1120 C in March 2025, it turned out it is the S Corp.
Now we need amend C Corp return to zero, then file as S Corp.
Having issue to amend 1120C, the number does not flow to 1120X like 1040X. So had to manually enter the income/exp originally filed.
Federal seemed ok.
We have issues with MASS state, no place to manually enter the balance sheet number, and the state tax at asset.
Anyone can help?
