How to adjust AGI for State wages, if different

In Proconnect tax online, the State Wages, if different box has an amount but no amount in the Wages, tips, etc. box. As a result, a critical diagnosis error occurs. How can it be fixed on the State return?

    What state?

    Might you only have page 2 of a 2 page W-2?
