How to add M1X in ProConnect

I want to add form M1X (amended tax return for the state of Minnesota), How can i add this form in ProConnect. The add function is disable

    I could not find an article for MN, but all states are similar. Try this link and see if it gets you started. The form is added when the input is done correctly.
