Took me hours to find this. The credit is under State & Local\Other Credits\NE Credits. It is in the same order roughly as the form 1040N. Trick: enter the value in the PTC field and it will populate the NE PTC form. BUT, you must double click window to open the detail and provide county and parcel etc. information. WOW. BTW, NE has a parcel lookup site for each parcel and year. MUCH better than trying to decipher their calculations.
