How does a US corporate 1120 signing officer, who is a foreign national with no SSN or ITIN, get through the knowledge based e-signature question?

    Not through DocuSign but there are other ways to e-sign with KBA.

    The document in the link below was prepared by Verifyle based on advice they received from attorneys.  Their client portal has been around for a couple years and they have partnerships with various CPA/EA organizations.
