How do you turn off Form1040-SR so that it will use Form 1040 instead?

I do not believe they have set a universal make 1040 as the default. You need to do it individually. If you are efiling and handing out pdfs, it doesn't cost any waste of paper.

      I asked this very question around Nov or Dec. and was thrilled to get an answer that worked its magic. I can't remember what I was told, I believe by Lisa, but there is a way to do it, I can't remember what it is.

        Lisa uses ProSeries, I think... the OP is asking about PTO. George has replied on another thread too, that PTO doesn't have settings that allow this to be done globally, unfortunately.
