How do you select Grantor Type Trust on Item A of Form 1041? Client Information > Select 4=Grantor Trust

How do you print Reg. 1.671-4(a) disclosure on page 1 of 1041?  The program does not have a "Print on the top of page 1" feature.  

In the elections section > If you do not find an election that fits, then click 3rd header for "other" and scroll to the bottom. There are two boxes for Title  and Text.
