How do you report the gift of a capital interest in a 1065 to another member?

I'm a little lost.. 

Partnership 1065 One partner has a remaining Capital Balance of $15,000.00 wants to Gift it to the remaining partners.

How do I enter the Gift and remove the partner that is gifting and leaving?
