How do you prepare Michigan Form 777 in ProConnect Tax?

I have a Michigan resident who worked for a portion of the year in Toronto, Ontario. I need to complete Michigan Form 777 to get credit for the Ontario taxes paid on the wages while working in Ontario. Does anyone know how to do this in Proconnect?
