How do you have MO state balance due directly withdrawn from bank account as it only seems to work for Federal?

Hi warrensidosky,

Missouri electronic payments can't be e-filed with the return through ProConnect at this time.

My understanding is that the state only accepts payments on their website by credit card & E-Check, by phone, or by mail with MO-1040V. You can find more info about payment options here.
