How do you add a different questionnaire to a client's Intuit Link portal?

Hello there,

When I try to add a different tax organizer template or questionnaire to a client's portal, it does not give me the option to add it to a client I've already sent an initial intuit link to.

Does anyone know if this is a limitation in Intuit Link / ProConnect?

To add questions inside Intuit Link on a request that has been sent, please follow these steps:

1) Click on Intuit Link on the left hand sidebar.

2) Locate the request you want to change.

3) Click "View Request"

4) In the lower right-hand corner, click the blue "Edit" button.  This will enable edit buttons for the Document Checklist, engagement Letter, and Questions at the top.

5) Click "Edit" by the Questions

6) Click the blue "Add Item" button.

Note:  Any questions that your client has already answered may not be editable.

I found this question as I had the same issue.

I'm able to edit the Link request as described. However, since it was already marked as completed, it stays in that status. I want to change the status to incomplete since I've added new documents to the checklist. I don't see how to do that.

Hi,

If you go into the return itself and then click on the link tab while in the return, there should be a check box at the bottom for "act as taxpayer".  That should allow you toggle the "Mark as Complete" button to be incomplete so that you can add additional questions.
