How do I remove the Do Not File watermark from my return's pdf?

If you're a client, ask your tax preparer.

If you're a tax pro, go to the File Return tab, click on View/Print Return PDF under the Print section on the left panel, and make sure the box for Add "Do not file" watermark is unchecked (which always is by default) before hitting the Create PDF button.
