How do I remove myself as primary admin on my ProConnect Tax account and assign to a new user?
How do I remove myself as primary admin on my ProConnect Tax account and assign to a new user? We only have paid for the one user and 100 returns package and when I assign the CPA, I get an error message saying that we need to buy more credits. I will not be processing returns, so I want to remove myself as primary administrator and assign it to our CPA.
