How do I remove inactive officers on form 990?
I am not able to remove inactive officers from form 990 Part VII.

If those were officers, you'd delete those entries under General > Client Information > Officer, Directors, Trustees, Managers by clicking on the x in the top right corner of the tab with the respective officer's name.
