Question

How do I override the child tax credit? Divorce situation and other parent gets the credit this year. Can't find an override for this through 8812

Taxpayer is HOH filing status and taking the dependent care credit but ex gets the CTC this year. Where do I zero out the CTC?

In the General > Dependents > there are dropdowns for Type, EIC and CTC - pick the one the does what you want.
