How do I mark box 2 on Line H (1120-S) for company name change?

I have a client that bought out another law firm.  The EIN is the same but the company name is changed.  Using ProConnect, where do I go to inform the IRS of the name change and check box 2 of line h on the 1120-S?  I appreciate the input and assistance.  Thank you!

Here is a helpful hint for this software. Go to Check Return: Forms: Find the form; Find the line or box you want: click on it and VOILA! you are at (or at least really close to) the input you want.
