You can not convert current year to current year. You can convert 2021 ProSeries to 2021 ProConnect using https://proconnect.intuit.com/support/en-us/help-article/convert-files/proseries-backup-instructions-data-conversion/L075pJ50J_US_en_US?uid=leyvard9
