PTO runs off the cloud and is accessed on browsers. There is nothing to install.

If you are referring to how you may print a return, you must first have purchased credits for 2018 by clicking on "Purchase" on the left panel. Intuit is running a special with 15% discount until Jan 31. You can enter 1102952 under "Promotion" to apply the discount.
