How do I indicate that this is the first year that the Corporation is filing an SCorp return?

I entered S Effective date of 3-12-19 and the 1120S G box is checked "No" but it should be "Yes".  Also tried to enter S Corp Effective date of 1-1-2019 and answer was still "No".

Check return > Find the 1120S and then the box you want > Click on the YES for G > hit the space bar to check the box for Initial Return in the Miscellaneous Information section.

COOL TRICK use it in the future. Most lines and boxes in the check return view can be clicked to jump to the input
