Question

How do I get my new client to fill out a 4506? Is this electronically through Proconnect? Then, once I receive the form, how do I actually do this from the IRS?

This is NOT done through the tax software.

You can send them this link https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f4506.pdf

Have them complete the form and mail to the address on the back of the form.
