How do I get an explanation of an unexplained charge to my account 3 days after being charged for the software?
I was charged Jan 6 for my annual subscription. On Jan 9 I was charged an additional small amount. I can't get an explanation because this is the worst company in the world to try to contact. Has anyone had a similar experience and know what the second charge is?
