Question

How do I get 0% sales factor to come through on the NYC-204 UBT return? If I put 0 in the NY City input area, the return is still calculating as if all sales are NYC.

0(zero) is not a standalone entry in ProConnect. If you want a zero you must use -1 (negative one). Weird, but it helps to differentiate between 0 and nothing. 0 is a nothing in PCT.
