How do I file a superseded tax return for an individual who realized she did not get the $600 stimulus check?

I would wait and see if IRS adds it to the refund anyway, as they do when taxpayers don't claim all of their estimated-tax payments.  The reason they delayed the start of e-filing was to reprogram for the second round of EIP's.
