Question

How do I file a 2022 Form 1120S on Intuit ProConnect for a company that was sold on 6/30/2022? I have already filed the 2021 tax return and 2022 software is not yet out.

A. Create another 2021 file. Enter the 2022 dates. File on paper.

or

B. File an extension and wait  til the 2022 software is released.

The more I know the more I don’t know.
