How do I enter the name of the court appointed fiduciary in a final return in Proconnect?
I am e-filing a final return for an individual and his son has been appointed fiduciary by a NY Court. In Proconnect where do I enter the fiduciary's name so that he can sign the return. Do I just use the personal representative field for e-filing? I am also submitting form 56 via mail since it cannot be e-filed.
