How do I enter "tax Equalization / Hypo Tax" on a 1040 return in pro connect

That's regular taxable income.  If your client has a US employer, these should have already been reported on the W-2.  If your client has a foreign employer, you'd need to report these as part of the compensation.  Nothing to it.
