How do I enter a New York State Net Operating Loss Carryover from a prior year for a NYS nonresident with no Federal NOL?

1. Go to Income > Net Operating Loss > Federal Net Operating Loss;

2. Click on Cur. Yr NOL / Misc. in tiny prints in the top-right corner; and

3. Click on the input for the line State NOL carryover, if different (-1=none) {} to make your entries.
