How do I delete a client from my ProConnect account?

You can't delete a client, only make them inactive:

  1. Go to the Clients dashboard;
  2. Click on your client;
  3. On the next screen, client on the little triangle next to the Edit client button in the top-right corner and select Make inactive.

You can, however, delete tax returns.

    Apparently this is no longer an option?  I don't get an option to make a client inactive....although I can see clients that I inactivated in years past.  Hopefully someone can provide some guidance on this?
