How do I delete a blank form?

I have a blank K-1 form which I don't need and is listed as an error.  How do I delete the form?

Across the top are tabs for the various K-1s. Each tab has a small x in the upper right corner. Click the x  and respond to delete

Answers are easy. Questions are hard!
