How do I create a CA Non-Resident return.
Tax payer lived in Cali for 8 months moving to Az. in September. Was a resident of AZ until Dec 31st. No income earned in AZ. Do I need to file a CA 540-NR? Need to limit the Premium Assistance Penalty to 8 months.
