How do I change the answer on p 2 line 4 for a 1065 to say 'yes' I satisfy the conditions and don't need to complete a schedule L?

It should be done automatically, but if you don't like the way it is done - Check Return > View the 1065 > Find Page 2 line 4 and click the bluish YES box area. That will take you to the input. This process can be used for most anything on any return.
