How do i change a residency status on a 1065 return

i keep getting a balance because it recording the return as out of state how do fix this

Getting a balance for what, where? 1065 is Federal, so how does "out of state" relate?

Thanks for the input , I didn’t meant my 1065 I was referring to my state return. I got it , thanks again.
