How do I convert my 2019 Pro connect Tax online clients into the 2020 Pro connect tax online?

You can do that one by one with the Create Tax Return button on the Tax Returns dashboard or you can do this in batch by:

1. Click on the gear icon for Firm Settings in the bottom left corner;

2. Click on Batch Actions (Transfer Prior Year Data);

3. Check the boxes for the returns to rollover; and

4. Click on the Start transferring button.
