How do I allocate personal use of rental on 1065?
I have a partnership that owns a rental property that is also used for personal use by partners. In PTO I have entered the number of fair rental days and personal use days on the 8825 input. PTO is treating the expenses as 100% deductible. Should I expect PTO to allocate based on the days that I entered or do I need to do this manually?
