How do I add to Intuit Link to request a copy of last year's Turbo Tax file (previously self-prepared)

New client had extensive (265 pg.) self-prepared return last year. PTO allows us to import prior year data directly from Turbo Tax file. How do I append an existing Intuit Link request so client can securely upload the .tax2021 file?

Click on the first icon (clipboard) on the right for Tax Organizer;
Click on the Edit button in the bottom-right of the drawer;
On the line for Document checklist, click on Edit;
Click on the "+ Add Item" button;
On the line for Q: Enter a simple description for what you want your client to upload;
On the line for A: Select Other; and
Click on the Save button in the bottom-right of the drawer.

I need a copy of my tax return filed with Turbo Tax in 2021.

Franchise tax board send me a letter stating "I did not file"

I paid $322 to Turbo. I also need proof and copy of my receipt of payment.

1) this is a forum for professional tax preparers, NOT the TurdohhTax forum; you'll need to wander over there to make your request. Evidently you can use the same log-in credentials.
