how do I add an informational statement to 1065 return

I would like to add a note as a statement that will be communicated when e-filed.  Where can I do this in ProConnect?

Do you want something that IRS will read when they process the return? (Attach a pdf https://proconnect.intuit.com/support/en-us/help-article/electronic-filing/attach-pdf-tax-return-e-file/L3AHH9Zlf_US_en_US?uid=lnutwmtk ) I doubt it would ever be read

Or is this a statement to go on the K-1s to the partners? (Schedule K-1 > Supplemental info - all partners)
