How can we e-file with a negative ending capital?

I'm getting this diagnostic:  "One or more partners has a negative ending capital account balance. A negative ending capital account balance is not allowed for electronic filing purposes. This return must be paper filed.

That's never been a problem until today.

Critical Diagnostics says we can't efile if one of more partners has a negative capital account.
