Question

How can I suppress a spouse income for a AZ return. Husband is in Military and spouse income is in WA but is pulling to AZ state return causing a balance due.

Spouse income should only be recognized on Federal level.

Understanding the Source column in ProConnect Tax (intuit.com)

 

  • N stands for not a state. Select N in the Source column and US in the State column for an amount that should only affect the federal return, and no state return.
