How can I send an organizer to someone that I previously sent a questionnaire to?

I tried but the organizer seems to become unavailable as a choice. I originally sent just the questionnaire because the document request wouldn't let me use my standard and was forcing a "personalized" version that didn't capture all the info I wanted.

Hi, I did look at those, but neither seemed to address my specific issues. I sent the questionnaire already, but can't seem to now send the document upload checklist - it's grayed out when I try to resend.
