How can I retrieve the past year tax return

 I was using Proconnect under someone else's account. Now I am filing taxes of my own. How to purchase this software? How can I retrieve the past year tax return?

First, be aware you can NOT efile without an EFIN.

You would need to contact support to see about importing your return from the prior account.

You can import 2023 using the pdf copy you should have and it would get you a starting point.
