How can I remove a form that is unnecessary?

1040X has populated in a return that is unnecessary. how do I remove or delete it?

Profile > remove X from amended returns

Betcha did a conversion from another software. They love to mess with your head when you do that. 😉

open the 1040x form>>>go across the very top toolbar>>> Forms (4th from left)>>>>about half way down on the dropdown should be "Remove 1040X' and click on that.
