How can I prepare a 2016 tax return when it does not appear in the drop down menu? Only 2018 and 2019 are shown in the drop down menu.

2013 to 2017 miraculously appeared this morning in the drop down. Also, the question was posted three times in two minutes because I received an error message all three times that stated the question could not be posted. I did not believe the question posted at all, so I was not looking for an answer. I was just going to call intuit on Tuesday morning after the holiday. Your answer was what I was planning to do anyway. Thank you for the help.
