How can I eliminate the Diagnostic Errors for Form 8958 (Allocation of Community Property Income)? Last year client filed MFS and allocated. Spouse is now deceased.

If spouse died in 2021, then either MFJ or MFS. My guess is that TP could twist someone's arm to get the deceased spouses income and file jointly and pay less tax.
