How can I download taxpayer data to merge into my organizer (more than just the basic contact info)? I want to be able to compare numbers to what they did last year.

PTO is very possessive. I do not believe there is any way to export anything from it. If you are using Lacerte, notice that there is not even a conversion from PTO to Lacerte. Once they have you, they dislike letting go.

George is exactly right, there is no way no how you could export data from PTO. PTO does, however, rollover PY to CY return though and you will be prompted which return to use (just in case you have multiple versions) when you create a new return for a client in the new year.
