How can I download form NYC222 from Proconnect?

I have to upload a NYC222 form but I don't know ho to down load it from Proconnnect

https://proconnect.intuit.com/tax-online/forms-finder/ has a listing you can search through to see what forms are available. If it is not there,  you may be able to find a pdf version at the state (city) website and attach it to the return.
