How can I change the email address in the import hub?

My client gave me the wrong email address for the import hub. How do I change that email address and resend my request for their documents in the import hub? I have already changed the email address in the client profile and in the tax return and this did not change that.

HI @Holly Olerich71, you would have to go to the Intuit Link tab and void out the request then resend it using the new email address.  If you need further assistance, please contact ProConnect Support.
