How can clients view shared documents in Intuit Link?

Client is having issues with receiving the e-file authorization forms (via e-sig) so I put it and some other docs in the shared folder.

If they can log into Intuit link there shouldn’t be an issue. I do it all the time. If they’ve used it in the past, make sure the drop down says TY 2022 or send them a new invite 

If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround
