Question

Hi There, I'm trying to start preparing 1065 for 2025 but it says "This form is not available for this release? What does this mean? When will the forms be available?

It generally means that even IRS hasn't released the forms yet. They are pedaling as fast as they can and will catch up quickly after IRS gets their ac together.

Projected release dates can be found here https://accountants.intuit.com/supported-tax-forms/?forms=pspro

It looks like PC is on vacation and will be back with forms on January 15, 2026

In the mean time, I would use the two year comparison to get an idea of what the form will look like.

Answers are easy. Questions are hard!

George is correct.  Our forms link will always have the most up to date information on form release dates for all programs and modules.  All forms must meet IRS approval before they will be available in the software programs.

In fact, I can find "availability dates" for forms for ProSeries, but there are no dates for ProConnect??

Are they the same?

Is proconnect not supported as well as proseries?  I paid a LOT of money for Proconnect and don't want to look bad to my clients when they could have their returns done by someone else with more reliable software.
