Help Please: My client is trying to access the Intuit Link, but when they login, a message appears, saying "That's embarrassing. Let's try again"

Same here. Several clients have indicated Intuit Link is not working correctly. I send the initial invite e-mail from the PTO system and the client sets up a user ID and password.  However, when the client tries to login, Intuit does not recognize their information and will not let them recover/reset the account.
